Sleepy Time Tea

Whether you're having problems falling asleep, staying asleep, or tossing and turning, each ingredient in my sleepy time blend has natural calming and sleep aids that help with Insomnia, restlessness, and other sleep preventive conditions. 

Using Chamomile, lavender, passion flower, valerian root, and ginger (all grown by me in my flower beds or a farm I work on), a cup of this caffeine-free tea 30 to 45 minutes before bed will help with shutting down your body and more importantly, your brain. Allowing you to get the much needed sleep you've tried to dream about but can't because you're not sleeping well enough to dream.
