Orange Ginger Oolong

One of my favorite things about oolong tea is that you'll never have a cup of Oolong from different tea masters/stores that taste the same. That's because everyone oxidizes their oolong in different ways and time.

My oolong leaves were oxidized in a giant pan under an open fire right after picking on a farm in China. With dehydrated orange peel and ginger added, plus the homemade orange extract sprayed on the tea leaves, this oolong has the zesty and and beautiful citrus aroma that gives you a pleasant wake up.
